Dillon became a lay pastor of KABC in February of 2025. He previously served as the Deacon of Media. Dillon received his undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering  from the University of Oklahoma in Norman, OK. He married his wife, Bobbi,  in 2019 and they have one daughter and two Golden Retrievers.
